School Council Focus.  Well- Being

We interviewed Mrs Foster, asked her questions about how well-being is supported at school. We asked other children their opinions too. Here is what we do well at Christchurch School.

  • Listening to children and being there. Smiles and care.
  • Nurture groups and support groups/breakfast club.
  • Kiva – antibullying focus.

  • We have a well- being team.
  • Well- Being Wednesday.
  • Pantri Bach to support families.
  • Rights Respecting School, supporting children’s rights.
  • Our learning, support we are given.

We joined in with a Teams Meeting with the Children’s Commissioner to share our

Well- Being good practice. There were schools from all over Wales, she was very impressed with what we do. Our Super Ambassadors are Thomas and Edrianne.
